I have achieved my Short term target which was to improve my technical knowledge of new IT tools used in communication by end of January 2012.
I have improved my technical knowledge of new IT tools that are used in communication. One of the IT tools that are used for communication is blogging, where people blog about whatever they want. So I have independently learnt how to blog by watching a video on YouTube. Now I have created my first blog, meaning I have achieved my short term target as I have improved my technical knowledge of new IT tools that are used in communication.
My medium term target is to complete BTEC ICT Level 3 with a minimum of a merit by end of June 2013. So far the units I am doing in ICT are going well, I am doing merit work as well as doing distinction work to try and get a higher then a merit by the end of June 2013. I am working hard, getting help from my teachers to achieve my merits and try to achieve distinction. To get a minimum of a merit I am attending every ICT class showing I have good time management, making use of free lessons to finish ICT work and also I do self research on each the unit's topic to gain higher marks.
My long term target is to pursue a career in Art industry by end of June 2017,Which I haven't achieved yet. I have practice interviewing and being interviewed in my ICT class which was part of Unit 1, this will help me when I am applying for jobs in the future in the Art industry. Also I am searching for any vacancies, which I will gain experience from.
